In 2021, the Perlman family embarked on a meaningful journey together. After David's successful 30-year career as a real estate developer and builder, the family made a deliberate choice to pursue a shared dream—one rooted in purpose and legacy. They established Quarry Hill Farm in Lower Salford Township, a place where family values and stewardship of the land converge. Today, across their 93 acres, the family raises premium Wagyu cattle, nurturing them from calves through maturity with the same care and dedication they bring to everything they do. "We wanted to do something together that would give back," they say—a testament to their commitment to building something meaningful for generations to come.

When the opportunity to purchase Quarry Hill Farm arose, David and his wife Annmarie—along with their children and grandchildren—seized it. This historic, sustainably managed farm became more than a family venture; it became a platform for purpose. The Perlmans established a not-for-profit to donate farm profits to local charities, shelters, and food banks throughout the Greater Philadelphia Area, embodying their mission to "feed local, hungry families." Today, Quarry Hill Farm stands as a testament to family legacy, sustainable stewardship, and the power of giving back to the community.
